In my own life, I have been so amazed at the profound and lasting change that comes from the many Natural Healing Practices available, not only within myself but also for others around me.
I have seen such incredible, positive changes and that it is what has called me to learn and practice these modalities. I now know what I am humbly meant to do and to gratefully offer to others. I have been so blessed through the years to have had the most amazing teachers to guide me, to support me and to really nurture my work with my clients.
My intention is to help you to find YOUR balance + freedom in your physical, mental and emotional health and in order to do so I offer a wide variety of services in a safe, confidential, sacred space where we can work together to create positive change + transform your life.
“Holding space” for another person is when you bring your entire presence to them, without judgement, walk alongside them, and share their journey to an unknown destination. At the same time, being completely willing to end up wherever they need to go. Therefore, my promise to you is I will hold space for you whenever you are ready.
